The new PUBG map is stupid fun!

 

i'm gonna attempt to play pubg solo today and by attempt i really do mean that because i feel like such a noob in this game but the new maps out today there's a ton of updates and improvements to the game i'm still a bear let's do this so this is the new map deston and it's just a massive swamp and this is the entire level i'm kidding i don't even know but i just wanted to show you guys that i am actually playing this on max out graphics 40p i've got everything on ultra apart from motion blur which is disabled because of course it's because nobody likes it i've got blur in my eyes in real life i don't look it's blurring i don't need the game to do the blur as well i actually have to try now don't i i have to try in thisgame it's not like warzone where you can just run around and it's casual and arcadey in this game you've got to actually like control your recoil you've got to loot you've got to think about positioning more what have i signed myself up for i think seeing as the plane is going over this big city tilted towers i'm just gonna drop down here but look i don't care if i have to try in this game because have you ever seen a skydiving bear is that ever been done i don't think so well look here it is in the flesh a true skydiving bear look at his head i can go super fast as well like that wee there we go right so when i played this last time i think we were like just around this bit behind me so i might go over there instead i'll land on the roof because i can actually get down off here which is cool what's that it's the ace 23 from bf4 but in this game it's called the ace 32 and that's an ak is no that's not see look this is how bad i am i can't even loot properly level two helmet ah you see that look that's the problem isn't it i put the level 2 helmet on and it takes the bear head away but i kind of need a helmet i mean i'm still like 80 bear so that's fine so like i was a big f to pay respects there where do i go oh the zones actually out so i should move i should move over that direction then yeah there's a repel thing here too check this out you can go up and down free will wow incredible okay now this game is very punishing there's no goo lag or anything like that so if i die that's it i'm back to the lobby back to the menu there's a little secret room there look at that that's gotta be something got some atoms here is that level three vest oh yes thank you very much all these weird sculptures what does it mean they've got interiors as well some of the buildings it's not quite spider-man playstation 4 is it but it's not bad burrito brain i can't remember the last time i had a burrito it was probably 2019 i would guess when i was in la for e3 they got good burritos out there to be fair look how happy that guy is but that replaces the scope straight away that's good isn't it just a giant wall here what's the story though you know like what happened why is there a giant wall next to a city is it because it was flooded or something a giant gap in the wall like what could have caused that don't know like a tsunami or an earthquake or something that's one of the new airboats i mistakenly called those hovercrafts in my last video and people were not happy especially people from florida who were like jack calling an air b hovercraft listen i'm done okay just let me be dumb oh m249 i mean i remember last time i played that just had insane recall on it so i don't know if that's a good call you know this game at the moment i just checked this morning literally 10 minutes before i started recording it's got 200 000 concurrent players right now and the peak in the last 24 hours was 300 000 so it's still wildly popular i think a lot of the popularity on steam comes from asia and russia in europe yeah of course a lot of people still play it and it's free to play now too so that's definitely helped boost the player numbers i just kind of wish in the squad moments they had more redeploy mechanics i wonder how much of a blue zone you can be as well now because that was like a big thing wasn't it that was a huge part of the meta you could stay in the blue zone for so long because of the band engine does it actually stack now or can you still just stay in there for a long time if you've got the meds i've got a dyson fan that looks like one of those keeps me cool well it tries to but it ultimately it just blows hot air towards me so it doesn't really work at all so what was the point of me buying it there's only 21 alive i feel like i've barely done anything i need to drop hotter next time but i thought that that downtown area would be quite hot because like it's the new tilted towers isn't it so why wouldn't you want to go there there's a guy down there i'm done and that's pubg killed by someone else entirely in one shot right let's try again okay game number two i'm gonna drop somewhere different the barclift what does that mean like all these there's so many words but is that just made up i mean i don't really know is anyone else coming with me to the bar cliff no i'm completely alone oh that guy where are they going i'm coming down here are you you're 1v1 at the barclays okay can actually find a door a secret door i can use that where's the big tower i can use that big tower and that'll zip me up and help me get to the zone providing i don't get one hit kill headshotted again by someone that i can't see which is most likely the outcome okay here we go big tower the zone is going all the way down here so i've marked holston meadows come on down to holston medals get you press f at the top don't you and then it did i do it too early or something that's better parachuting bear this map is huge isn't it it's absolutely stonking out of control the size of it i think if you're playing trios or quads you know just driving around in a car and jumping on people could be really good fun a bike oh this guy okay my sense is way too fast for that damn it i wanted that bike i need to turn that down why is that so high that completely threw me off there's someone else shooting at me now so i just dropped down here and go in the water on the bridge i saw you a little bit higher i'm so dead tell me that's deep enough yeah it is okay i thought i was just gonna break my legs then i'm gonna come out put my gun away and then we're off please don't shoot me not like this guys i found a bike i don't care if it's noisy it just looks cool so i'm gonna do it it's a dirt bike yes i could do a little wheelie as well how cool is that oh god i feel like i'm back playing
